Shipping Information

(1) The deadlines and time periods indicated on the website are not binding, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for delays of delivery due to Force Majeure or due to events which make the delivery considerably more difficult or impossible for us, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed. Those events permit us to delay the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance, or to withdraw from the contract in full or in part in relation to that part that has not been fulfilled. We are always permitted to carry out partial services or deliveries.
(2) The start of the delivery period stated by us is subject to the clarification of all technical questions. Compliance with our delivery obligation shall further presuppose punctual and proper performance of your obligations. The right to the plea of non-performance of contract shall remain reserved.

Packaging and delivery from are billed to you. These charges are calculated as follows

 The following shipment charges apply for every order.
Shipping within Ireland: € 3.00, free shipping for orders of € 20.00 or more
Shipping within Europe: € 12.00, free shipping for orders of € 50.00 or more
Shipping worldwide: € 20.00 (Express Shipping Premium Airmail € 40.00)

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, but if you are requesting an exchange. You may ship your return with any company you like. We recommend using a method with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. We also recommend insuring your return.
We will refund all garments purchased from the website (not pre-orders) returned within a 14 day period of receipt of item(s) by you less the cost of postage/shipping. Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used to pay for the goods only. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to show on your card account.
Condition of Garments upon Return
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Note: Refunds will only be available on full priced items, sale items will be excluded from full refunds but may be exchanged or credit may be given
